The Field Guide to Tasmanian Produce

In 2014 I had the privilege to work as a volunteer publishing assistant for The Field Institute. Under the direction of editors Jacqui Hagen and Allison Fogarty  I helped produce the book length publication The Field Guide to Tasmanian Produce. It was an absolute joy to write about food, sustainable farming and one of my favourite places in the world: Tassie!

During the three months I was working out of their Collingwood office I also had the good fortune to lend my hospitality skills to a number of Field Institute events. Perhaps most excitingly I assisted with the set up and running of Zoom #2, an interactive exhibition curated by Ewan McEoin.
